At SAS Daniels we will always put the client first and deliver the highest quality of legal advice at the most reasonable cost possible.
For divorce and other family law cases we will discuss any costs at the outset of your case so that there are no surprises when the bill comes through. We will also discuss funding options with you to try and find the best payment method for your circumstances.

For example for an undefended divorce or for separation deeds and consent orders which have already been agreed.
We will always try to give you an accurate estimate of costs at the outset and update you regularly throughout your case.
As an example, a divorce may involve one or more of the following aspects which need to be dealt with:

Our family solicitors will assist you to reach a favourable agreement whilst maintaining control of the costs.
In the majority of cases, both parties will have their own solicitor and will be responsible for their own legal fees. However, It may be possible to include the payment of legal fees as part of the financial settlement.
You could also apply for a Legal Costs Order to enable you to finance the court proceedings from the outset.
